Yes. We do ship internationally. We are able to ship to any country in West Africa such as Nigeria, Togo. However, we would not be able to control items delivery as we are able to do that in Ghana. We encourage customers in those countries to use courier services such as Dhl, FedEx when they place order on Gmart.com.gh.

When item is shipped, we email customer with tracking information. The customer can track their orders from time to time when they are in transit until delivery.
Customers can also visit TRACK ORDER page by entering their Order Number and Email used in purchasing.
Customers can cancel their orders before they are shipped. When items are shipped, we are unable to cancel orders as they had left our warehouses to third parties we cannot control.
In some circumstances items can be return. However, there are others that cannot be returned especially when they are already and not faulty or not covered in their warranties. Please read more on our return policies.
It takes about 3 to 21 days depending on location and nature of the product.
Yes we do provide warranty. They come with the product package.
Yes ! When items are faulty at the time of delivery or as stated in their warranty agreements.
